We are looking for the open minded people who are flexible enough to help us around with our daily works , teaching programes in the school as well as in the villages and help us with the farm work . we are hoping to have such people who have some creative ideas which will be helpful for the local people to learn new things and exchange the modern techniques from the outer world which will be beneficial to our community .
